Thanks for the tip on Metcalfe's law, I'll look into this.

I didn't mean to mention Tesla in any unflattering context as I am a big fan of what he had tried to achieve by seeking to quantify Eastern spirituality. I do owe him a revision as I can see how my comments made it seem as though he had failed in his attempt; I feel that there was no way for him to succeed in his particular ambition for the time that he had found himself in.

Tesla's a testament to how certain great minds are just too ahead of their time to gain traction, and that we only see their relative brilliance in a distant retrospect.

I feel that we'll one day be able to, somehow, see the noosphere in a more physical format. If not, we'll certainly come to understand its effects and operations.

I'm just hoping that Google doesn't trademark it first.
