I was hoping you’d touch on this as I’d like to delve deeper into the idea of ourselves existing as thermodynamically-regulated creatures.
While our mind is only one side of the cycle, what role/behaviour (under this understanding of thermodynamics) can we attribute to consciousness?
Is it, too, something that expands and coalesces? Or is it wrong to even attribute it as being able to be part of this physical cycle?
I guess I’m trying to understand how we can better understand this thermodynamic process by applying it to intangible things. It’s easy to understand how water works in this context or how matter can cycle around but, when it comes to the intangible (of which I usually turn to consciousness as the only workable example), can we sift it through this thermodynamic conception of reality?
