I think that’s an excellent way to frame it.. It’s a very dense situation for us to come to terms with in the context of our existence, one that has become so saturated by culture that we can’t really disentangle ourselves from that apart from the very few and far between ‘special’ moments in life that put everything into perspective.. Only then, it’s but a taste.

Assange would be a tricky man to get a hold of.. Best bet would be to email him directly (julian@wikileaks.org) though I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a Wikileaks staffer checking the inbox and filtering out an abundance of requests. What is it that you’d like him to address specifically? I always found the best approach is to simply request the answering of 2–3 questions via email in exchange for some exposure. Happy to write to him on your behalf (no sense in not trying) and request that he answer a question or two in exchange for promoting whatever he’d like me to promote on my publication (Borealism.ca).

Let me know what you would want him to address and I’ll give it a stab in the dark (in this case, I’m equipped with a toothpick but I’ve previously been surprised by what a toothpick can achieve with some luck).

Thanks John
